Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
All jerseys are custom-made to order.

Production time: 5–10 business days

Shipping time (U.S.): 12–15 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 17–25 business days
⚠️ Important:
Shipping time does not begin until production is complete.
How fast do you process orders?
Once your order is placed:

Payment is processed within 24 hours

Your order immediately enters production

Custom jerseys take 5–10 business days to prepare before shipping
Will I receive tracking updates?
Yes.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately
If you need to adjust sizing or details, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Entering your shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

Customs & international orders
We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:

One or more packages may be shipped

Customs fees may apply upon delivery (international orders)
Protected Shipping + Order Coverage
Customers may select Protected Shipping + Order Coverage at checkout.
This includes:

One replacement per order

Valid for 12 months from purchase

Applies if a player changes teams or jersey numbers

Replacement is limited to the same player and jersey tier

Coverage applies once per order

Promotional or free items are not individually covered

Shipping fees may still apply on replacement orders
Return & Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements in cases where an error was made on our end.
Examples include:

Wrong size sent (e.g., ordered Large, received Medium)

Wrong color sent

Wrong player or name sent
In these cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

No returns or exchanges for:

Correct size, color, and player

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong item
