How fast do you ship orders out?
- Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and begin processing your order.
As mentioned during the confirmation process, custom-made orders take 5-10 business days to prepare before shipping.

Will I get updates after my purchase?
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a follow-up email once your order has been dispatched.

After your order ships, you will also receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email).

Need to CANCEL your order?
- Cancellations or changes to your order are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Entering your shipping address
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. We will ship your order to the exact address provided, and we cannot be held liable for any errors made in the address.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin processing it, so cancellations are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If you need to adjust the size or any other detail, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you!

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Return Policy:
We offer returns only in cases where an error was made on our end. If you received the wrong size (e.g., you ordered a Large and received a Medium), incorrect color (e.g., ordered White and received Black), or the wrong player/name (e.g., ordered Player X and received Player Y), we will send you a replacement jersey at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the jersey received matches the details of your original order, including size, name, and color. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase!
